CONDITIONS OF SALE & RETURN

ORDERS can be accepted by telephone, facsimile, email, website or post and payment accepted by quoting Visa, American Express, MasterCard, Maestro number, expiry date and security number.

PRICES quoted include V.A.T. at current rate. Goods will be invoiced at prices in force at the date of dispatch and will be subject to existing legislation. V.A.T. is charged according to the rate ruling at the time of delivery.

ORDERS from customers for delivery inside and outside the U.K. are only acceptable on the basis of the full purchase price being paid in advance. In the event of such order being accepted the customer shall be responsible for the cost of packing, carriage and insurance to its place of delivery. Our goal is to ship your order in full as quickly as possible. We will notify you of any delay.

Positively no goods supplied on 'sale or return' or 'on approval' basis. We offer a money-back guarantee on all unopened products within 30 days of the purchase date as long as you have emailed or called us to let us know the problem.

Breakages must be notified in writing within 3 days of receipt of order and parcel retained for inspection by carriers.

Non-receipt or any discrepancy between invoice and advise note and goods received must be notified in writing within 3 days.

The right is reserved to adjust weights or packs as necessitated by change of formulae or container.

These Terms & Conditions will be deemed to be accepted if the customer does supply to us their details for delivery and payment.
